This project began in March of 2019 and was completed in November of 2022. It included the reconstruction of the northbound and southbound lanes of I-39 through Janesville, the reconstruction of STH-26 into the diverging diamond, and reconstruction of USH-14.

Batterman was the project team and Lance Wagner was the Project Leader.

Rock Road has a great relationship with Batterman, and we always enjoy working with them.
